The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and completing comprehensive training so you can support children even without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Age 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work with children to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child and family.
