Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
