Centria Healthcare is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

You will be supported by a BCBA and receive comprehensive training to empower you to help each child reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years old and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test; background check eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors and support family goals.
