Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based interventions. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, implement targets from personalized treatment plans, and document progress to show skill development and milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 client sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with documenting progress and skill development.
• Support ABA-based assessment and client engagement.

Education
