Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to support goal achievement and safety.
• Move and lift as needed to assist clients, up to 50 pounds.
• Contribute to a structured training process for new staff.
