Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, compassion, and ability to work in a team. Training is provided; you may need to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from BCBA.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist with training and onboarding, maintain safety and supportive environment.
