Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Applicants should be passionate, patient, and team-oriented. Training is provided, and the role involves lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Pay range is $17-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB test if not current.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
