Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to support children aged 2–6 with ABA therapy based on the ESDM model. You will provide one‑on‑one services in our clinic under Masters‑level clinicians.

You’ll train toward RBT certification (paid) and may work at the CO Springs site; reliable transportation is required. The role offers $21.50–$28.50 per hour with regular bonuses and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (verified by resume or BACB attestation for RBT)
• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; degrees in Child Development or Psychology encouraged
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment; training provided; RBT certification required for CO Springs location

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on child progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification
