Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Behavior Technician for part-time, 2-8pm shifts in Livermore, Hayward, Fremont or Berkeley. You will work 1:1 with children with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills in home, clinic, or school settings.

Roles include implementing BCBA-designed plans, data collection, and regular family communication. Entry-level and RBT-certified candidates are welcome to apply and grow their careers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: student or recent graduate in a related field (Psychology, Education, etc.).
• RBT/BCAT/ABAT or ABA paraprofessional training is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively.
