Job summary

MeBe Family is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism at our Learning Center in Bellevue, WA. You will implement 1:1 intervention plans under supervision to develop communication, social and daily living skills.

You’ll follow plans created by BCBAs, record progress accurately, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to support meaningful outcomes in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with children in ABA settings.
• RBT/CBT certification preferred and obtainable within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral and communication skills in 1:1 ABA sessions.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and report progress to BCBA.
• Record session data accurately in Central Reach after each session.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and supervision as directed.
