Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism in home or community settings. This is hands-on experience in behavioral health and child development.

You will receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA, learn ABA concepts, and help children build communication, social, and daily-living skills in a structured role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Great for psychology, social work, or education majors.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA-based skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA who guides you and mentors you.
• Learn ABA concepts and apply behavior science.
• Support children in developing communication, social skills, independence.
• Use de-escalation and regulation strategies for challenging behaviors.
• Track behavior and progress data, building observational skills.
