Job summary

Soar Autism Center in University Park, Denver, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver structured ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 using Early Start Denver Model principles. The role emphasizes individualized care, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work with Masters-level clinicians, pursue RBT certification within six weeks, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and family engagement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or in progress; ability to obtain within 6 weeks.
• Experience working with children in a care setting is desired.
• Proficiency with tablets/computers for data entry and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in-clinic.
• Implement intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians.
• Engage with families and update progress within the ABA framework.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification activities.
