Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 learn, communicate, and grow through play using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our center under supervision of Master’s-level clinicians.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are ready to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks, and bring compassion from childcare or related backgrounds. Full-time roles include benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s‑level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
