Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across Stamford, Danbury, Bridgeport, and nearby towns. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; collect, organize, and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
