Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team for part-time, fee-for-service hours. The technician will implement ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA, monitor and record client data, and report findings to the BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months of relevant experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior and report to BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful changes in behavior.
