Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team. The role provides ABA-based instruction under the direction of a supervising BCBA, with data collection and reporting to support meaningful client progress.

The position requires after-school, evening, and late-evening availability, a valid driver's license, and ability to work collaboratively with families. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per MA ABA requirements.
• Availability after school, evenings and late evenings.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under BCBA direction.
• Monitor and record client behavior data and report to BCBA.
• Collaborate with client family to support meaningful behavior changes.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote skill development.
