Caravel Autism Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Mount Pleasant, WI team. This full-time role offers paid training, hands-on supervision, and a clear path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through company-supported education.

No prior experience is required; we value a positive work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to helping children with autism build essential communication and independence skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in 1:1 sessions using ABA targets.
• Promote development of essential skills per client plan.
• Document progress and behavior data.
• Support ongoing training toward RBT certification.
• Collaborate with team in a center-based setting.
