Job summary

ABS Kids in Malibu seeks entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA techniques; part-time shifts vary from 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00, Monday–Friday, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

You will collect data, provide one-on-one client support, and help develop daily living skills in a safe, respectful environment; paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and on-the-job RBT training are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play with children.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Familiarity with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
