ABS Kids is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and community settings. Entry-level to seasoned RBTs welcome; part-time shifts available Monday–Friday with multiple time slots.

No prior experience? We’ll train you on the job, cover RBT certification costs, and reimburse travel time/mileage. Join a team that helps kids develop essential life skills and celebrates every wow moment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids.
• A calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
