Job summary

ABS Kids in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians through seasoned RBTs for part-time shifts, Monday–Friday. Roles involve using play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills and collect data on client progress. We offer a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, paid RBT certification, drive time/mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn data collection software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
