Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA services, implementing intervention plans, and collecting data on client progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Qualifications

High School Diploma –REQUIRED

Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must pass the TB test.

Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
