Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA therapy. No experience required—on-the-job training is provided and the company offers certification support and reimbursement.

A $1,000 bonus is available for current RBTs, with mileage and drive-time reimbursement. Eligible applicants should have reliable transportation, a calm demeanor, and a passion for helping kids.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs; resume required.
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play with children.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and locations.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Use ABA principles to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Support families and help develop essential life skills.
• Move with agility as needed to engage children.
