Job summary

ABS Kids in Thousand Oaks, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians/RBTs to work with children with autism. The role involves teaching through play, following individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to document progress.

We offer paid training, potential for BCBA-path through Master’s degree, and a strong benefits package. Shifts include 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, with a guaranteed 30 hours after training and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; premium pay for bilingual sessions.
• Paid training leading to RBT certification available.
• Experience with kids and ABA or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids through play following individual treatment plans.
• Observe, collect data, and write progress notes.
• Help children develop life and communication skills.
• Support team in delivering consistent therapy sessions.
