Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians and RBTs to support children with autism spectrum disorders. Roles involve one-on-one client work, data collection, and ABA-based teaching strategies in home and community settings.

Training is provided and no prior certification may be needed for on-the-job learning. We offer a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, flexible shifts, and opportunities to advance with paid certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play, patience, and ABA techniques.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as daily living tasks and social skills.
