Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support treatment programs under the supervision of experienced clinicians.

The role starts part-time with 15–20 hours per week and offers a pathway to full-time hours based on center needs and your availability, along with flexible scheduling and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass the TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin
