Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hoboken, NJ, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Earn starting pay of $22.25/hour as BT with opportunities to advance and receive paid training.

RBTs may start at $24.60/hour with the option to grow through our structured program and ABA Academy. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
