Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) in Freehold, NJ to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, communities, or clinics. You will support clients, track progress, and document data under supervision.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy and Level Up programs. Starting rates: RBT $24.60/hr; BT $22.25/hr; final pay determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings, weekends.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and delivery of ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
