Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing ABA team in Monmouth Junction, NJ. Positions require afternoon/evening hours with weekend availability and offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality: Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
