Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics in Mount Laurel, NJ. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and track progress to maintain high-quality care.

The role offers part-time hours with afternoon/evening and some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
