Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hoboken, NJ seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics. You will support clients, implement plans under supervision, and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
