Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings, under a BCBA's guidance.

You will collect client progress data, support families, and foster a safe, positive environment during sessions. Training is provided to obtain your RBT certification, with flexible shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)
• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load
• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
