Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Towson, MD seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA. You will collect data, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.

The role offers evening shifts with day shifts as caseload grows, and opportunities for full-time as you build your case load. RBT certification can be obtained via free training on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range:

$20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts:

Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time

with Full Time opportunities available
