STEPS Behavioral Health in Milford Mill, Maryland is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under the direction of a BCBA. You will collect data, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a positive session environment. Training to achieve RBT certification is provided.

Shifts are planned for evenings with daytime opportunities as you build your caseload. Part-time role with potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience with children required.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Job Summary

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and document data on client progress

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

Requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

Previous experience with children

Ability to pass background check

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
