Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA-designed treatment plan. You will collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, supportive environment during therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, experience with children, and must pass a background check. Competitive pay and free RBT training are offered, with part-time hours and opportunities for full-time

• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and document data on client progress

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

Requirements:

Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

Previous experience with children

Ability to pass background check

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
