Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team for a part-time role with potential for growth. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, and support treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain a positive, safe therapy environment. RBT certification is encouraged, with travel to local clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
• Previous experience with children
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
