STEPS Behavioral Health in New Windsor, MD is excited to offer a Behavior Technician role. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, delivering treatment plans under a BCBA supervision.

This position emphasizes teamwork with families and colleagues, data collection to track progress, and maintaining a supportive, safe learning environment during sessions. Free training to earn RBT certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
