Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings in Gaithersburg, MD and the Montgomery County area. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to promote client success.

The role offers evenings to start, with potential for day shifts as caseload grows, and benefits include training to obtain your RBT certification

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
