Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Eligible candidates may qualify for advancement and training to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
