Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Catonsville, MD is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress in a safe, supportive environment.

The role offers evening shifts, occasional daytime hours, bonus opportunities, and paid training to obtain your RBT certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)
• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load
• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
