Job summary

Centria Autism in Northville, MI is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, and you will be trained to support families and track progress. The role requires physical stamina to assist children through activities and transitions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not current)
• Background check clearance
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend)
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding
