Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while reducing interfering behaviors to support each child’s progress.

You will join a compassionate team, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under supervision of BCBA.
• Move and assist children safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
