Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance.

You'll help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, with training provided. The role requires patience, teamwork, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision to run programs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and handle activities requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
