Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid certification + TB test
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
