Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will join a collaborative team and receive comprehensive training to start, with a pay range of $18 - $25 per hour. Role involves physical activity, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Operate under the guidance of a BCBA and adhere to training.
