Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and the job includes a pay range of $20–$29 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the Centria Autism

Responsibilities

• Be physically active during sessions; assist with activities weighing up to 50 pounds.
