Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You don’t need prior experience; comprehensive training is provided. The role involves physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and document progress and challenges.
