Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, emphasize teamwork, and require lifting up to 50 pounds. The role includes a rigorous onboarding process to obtain RBTechnician certification after joining.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and maintain safety during interactions.
