Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions guided by a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, teamwork, and opportunities to grow in the Behavioral Analysis field.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following BCBA-guided plans.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans.
• Participate in training provided by Centria.
