Center For Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision across diverse settings including centers, homes, schools or telehealth. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group direct treatment under supervision.
• Meet CARD quality standards in all treatment sessions.
• Collect and record patient progress data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support ongoing personal and professional growth for clinical excellence.
