Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. Roles involve 1:1 or small group sessions across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth, with data collection and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Maintain CARD clinical quality standards during treatment.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Document accurately and timely progress notes and activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff.
• Be willing to train, grow, and adapt across multiple settings (center, home, telehealth).
